Powerhouse is the company that has the Indicator line and the Anti-Worlds line now, as I understand it. Their announcement last year:
2020 will see us revealing details of a number of fresh licensing deals, and the launch of a new Powerhouse Films label, Anti-Worlds, dedicated to showcasing some of the most powerful, uncompromising, and brilliant new films from around the world.
From Indicator themselves in December over on blu-ray.com.
For clarification, although Powerhouse has provided invaluable support to the Blu-ray side of the Anti-Worlds project, and the discs themselves are overseen by largely the same people that oversee Indicator releases (and to the same curatorial standards), Anti-Worlds is not "a Powerhouse label", and shouldn't be regarded as such - and consequently it has its own dedicated thread here.

Despite the personnel overlap, Anti-Worlds is quite different in terms of the films that it handles - the Indicator catalogue consists almost exclusively of twentieth-century English-language films, while Anti-Worlds handles new or very recent titles, and the first batch includes the (largely) Danish-language Holiday.

Similarly, although Powerhouse was kind enough to offer their mailing list for the initial newsletter, any subsequent Anti-Worlds newsletters require a separate subscription.

(For a good parallel, Second Run is similarly not "an Arrow label" - Arrow merely handles their distribution, and in fact there's a bigger personnel overlap between Second Run and Indicator than there is between Second Run and Arrow!)

So basically, Irreversible doesn't make a ton of sense either way

It really doesn’t, unless in a last minute upset Powerhouse is Oz to Arrow Video’s line

I am A-OK with Indicator creating a third line for older foreign language films

Their wild card pick history would bode as well as it gets for those Deville restos if they went down that road

If Irreversible is happening and coming to Anti-Worlds, then that makes it an unimpressive three awful films and a single good one (Chained For Life) out of four this far.

I was halfway curious about Anti-Worlds, but if Irreversible is their kind of film than they aren’t my kind of label. Releasing a Noe film has got to be a cardinal sin for any label.

To be fair, I Stand Alone is well-regarded even by those critics who panned his subsequent films. But who knows, I Stand Alone may not be available.

Has Corruption (1968) been confirmed anywhere yet? I saw it mentioned on Twitter that the liner notes had been written for Indicator.

Do you have a link to that?

I don't believe it has, so that'd definitely be new information.

I did wonder about Corruption. It was used as a bracketed reference for Peter Cushing in, I think, one of the Hammer boxes and they tend to choose either really famous examples or, more commonly, other Indicator releases.

Has there been any talk of The Hospital (1971)? It seems right up Indicator's alley. I'm on the verge of ordering the Twilight Time release, but if there's a chance...

It's MGM, and Indicator has yet to release anything from them.

For whatever reason that brings to mind one I’ve wanted to ask about for a bit: what’s the deal with The Dresser? As a British film released by Columbia that has yet to be released on BD anywhere in the world that’s basically fallen into obscurity despite being a big Oscar player, it seems like something that would be exactly up Indicator’s alley and yet it has seemingly never come up in any speculation I’ve seen. Do I have some fact wrong about its release? I don’t see why it hasn’t been mooted more frequently, just seems odd, I don’t know!

Thanks. That is most unfortunate.

Agreed. Especially with Finney's passing last year, I would've thought that would pick up some steam as a suggestion. I would love to see Indicator tackle it.

I’m very curious.

Presumably Indicator would use Grindhouse’s well regarded restoration.

I’d really be pleased for this because it’s not only expensive to import now but also very difficult.

I wonder if there is potential for The Dark Eyes of London? It's public domain in the States, but I don't know what its status is in the UK.

It's with StudioCanal. So clearly not impossible, but I'm not aware of any plans.

I did screenshot it but I've just checked back and it's been deleted so I wouldn't want to post it if it would get anyone into trouble.
Suffice to say, it was from someone who has appeared both in text and video in the extras for other Cushing-related releases for the label so should be accurate.

They've hinted at a Star Wars-related announcement on Thursday, so this could well be it.

Not sure this can be considered a confirmation of an upcoming boxset (or of anything, really), but all 5 Christopher Lee Fu Manchu movies have individual pages on bluray.com that indicate Powerhouse Films releases (with no dates):

- The Face of Fu Manchu (1965)
- The Brides of Fu Manchu (1966)
- The Vengeance of Fu Manchu (1967)
- The Blood of Fu Manchu (1968)
- The Castle of Fu Manchu (1969)

Blu-ray.com’s user database is just that — run by users. I wouldn’t be surprised if these are coming from Indicator, but I wouldn’t take that listing as a confirmation.

The Blood of Fu Manchu is definitely forthcoming, as per a newsletter clue mentioned a few pages back. The rest is likely a guess based on the near certainty Indicator are more likely to release a Christopher Lee-centric set than a single Jess Franco film.
